I don't like the consumer line of either Opti or APC, but I have found the
pro line of Opti to be on par with the higher end APC units at a lower
price.

The performance (uptime during power falure), and the quality of the power
are both quite good.  Several friends of mine have put them on OScope and
found the power to be quite clean.
