Or you can kermit it over using minicom and the serial management cable.
 The .exe files are merely .zip archives.  Explode them with unzip.  The
docs say to use xmodem but for some reason (I have spent 0 time trying
to figure out why, if any one knows I'd be glad for the info) that
doesn't work with minicom.  I hosed two 678's trying to make x,y, or
zmodem work.  I think the router expects different error checking than
lrzsz is using.  Kermit handled the job just fine.
