It looks like its yet another fork of SGL (Sorcerer GNU/Linux). It uses
its package manager, at least.

Last time I tried Sorcerer was like february, and it was actually pretty
good. Nice feature of installing packages that you don't have as you try
to execute commands in those packages (although making a type and having
it install kde as a result can get annoying). Its probably improved,
although from what I understand there were some powerstruggles in the
project or something. Probably the reason of the 2 or 3 forks.

Anyways, its alot like Gentoo. Didn't seem as refined to me though.
