Am 05. Nov, 2013 schwätzte Steve B so:

moin moin,

Hmm, I should update my jobs in Phoenix post :).

http://www.LuftHans.com/node/5678

It's mostly still current. I'll add that we're usually hiring at
Limelight. We just hired a bunch of people, but might still have some
openings. Last I heard, though, nothing open in the NOC.

According to friends on the inside, GoDaddy has gone through some changes
in the last couple of years and is turning into a good place to work. Call
center is still mostly upsales, though, so that probably hasn't changed
much. Knowledgeable sysadmins and DBAs are in a much better place over
there.

PetSmart currently has a couple of sysadmin positions open and I'm told
they're mostly 9 to 5 types of things.

One update to that page is that I now get a bonus from Limelight if
someone I recommend gets hired :).

Here's something that was posted to PLUG in the last week.

Also, AzLoco has an IRC meeting every Sunday night and puts job posts in
there. It's a state-wide org, so please let them know if there are
openings in Tucson for GNU/Linux environments.

ciao,
