You could probably implement a little proxy that automatically
did these lookups for you as a matter of course in your normal 
web surfing and built up a database based on your *actual*
web activity (if you never visit a site that you want to
avoid, then why do you care about it?!).

  if !(site already investigated) {
     lookup stuff of interest
     merge into private database
  }
  access(site)

In this way, the "Lookup Aaaaa" activities are "free" as part
of your normal browsing.

Conceivably, you could even arrange for the returned site's
content to be embedded in a *frame* with the parent frame
adorned with something like:

   "WARNING!  This site maintained by SleazySites, Inc!"

so that you are aware the "investigative results" *while*
browsing!
