[Tfug] cloud storage for backups and sharing

I have not checked whether it supports everything you listed, but 
I would look at Dropbox. They have a precompiled package 
available for Debian, Ubunti, and Redhat, and the source is 
available as well. Prices are a little high for my taste though.

And a quick search for "dropbox alternative linux" yielded this 
list:
