The job description is:
- Triage and troubleshoot issues with production applications for the
maintenance team as a first line of support
- Resolve minor issues that have known solutions
- Assign issues to other maintenance team members for problems that
can't be resolved
- Run or create reports as requested by business users
- Support testing of fixes for the maintenance team
- Load data from spreadsheets into the database for data corrections
- Write simple stored procedures to update data

Job requires good working knowledge of SQL, Oracle experience preferable
and ability to work well with others and in a team environment.
