Yep... I thought of that too. But i couldn;t find an ITX case with 3x5.25 bays 
that wasn;t a full tower in size. Lots of small cases with one 5.25 (or more 
often a half-height CDrom slot) and one or 2 3.5, lots of large cases with 
multiple 5.25 (or 3.25), but nothing with the right combination in a small 
size.
