That won't work.

Windows doesn't want you to delete the c: parition. You must boot 
into something else besides Windows in order to delete it. You 
can use a Linux Live CD, open a terminal, and use the previously 
mentioned commands to inspect your partition table and delete 
them all. Or you can use a Windows boot disk to do the same.
