Well, here they were asking for suggestions, no?
- "ask for Joe". Joe wasn't there, they had to call him on the cell phone
(after I insisted) just to know they have a pile of these sun monitors
behind them
- for buy a dvd writer They explicitly asked me to came back the next week,
for buy something they have in the store. The week after I went by and they
told me they won't sell me any.

Yes, is not a store, but just a little bit of organization and
coordination...
