Assuming you don't have any other compromised hosts behind the NAT...

For the ultra paranoid,  you can download available windows update
with a program like this:

http://www.windowsupdatesdownloader.com/

and sneakernet them over.  Or slipstream them into your windows
install cd, if you're doing more than one box and want to save some
time.
