Hmmm,
           HAL is used for much more than the stuff Xorg is concerned 
with. I've decided to upgrade
Xorg. If what they're saying is true I did a lot of hardware/software 
integration for nothing just
because I was too soon to work with Xorg. I heartily welcome a 
simplification. One thing is
missing from this reference though, and it's very important. What about 
the video card driver?
