A few things. First, install lbdb (little brother's database).
Google can give you details but, essentially, you want to use mutt's
query feature to pull addresses from lbdb (which, in turn, pulls from
a variety of sources. Second, make sure that procmail (or whatever
you use as your LDA) pipes through lbdb-fetchaddr. That way, you'll
never have to manually record an email address again.

For the remainder of your contact info, I'd just Google around to find
a tool that you like. See, the thing is, since you're now using
lbdb/fetchaddr to manage your email addresses, you can use anything
you want for your other contact information. Me, I just use a simple
text file and a crude shell script to pull contact info out.
