[Tfug] OT: Professional Engineers (PE)

I didn't get any responses so I'll try to cast my net a bit wider. Last 
post on this topic. :)

Apart from Professional Engineers one of the following people would also 
be able to help me:

   - Fellow of the IEEE (not Members unfortunately)

   - Eur Ing

   - IntPE

   - a member of an European engineering institution that is a member of 
FEANI (go to www.feani.org, click on "Members" then click on the country 
  you are from for a list)

If you know someone that is not on this list I would be grateful if you 
could let them know about this. Thanks!
