Surely this can't be a *real* issue.  How long
does it take to draw up a new ballot?  I note the
ballots used here *seem* to be designed with lots
of margin for error (i.e., not like filling in
those tiny frigging bubbles on SAT's, etc.)

(sigh)  It's hard to protect against idiots.
What about folks who don't vote for *any*?
Do you force them to make a choice?  How do
you know they have "missed" the question and
not deliberately *skipped* it?
