The letters (ink voids) could probably be larger.  Depends
on the process you use to print them (silkscreen).

Also think carefully about color since many colors like
to "run" (you really don't want to have to wash this
shirt all by itself...)

Agreed.

Personally, I prefer a bit more "intellectual humor"
(e.g., 00110110 01000010 01101001 01110100 01100101 01110011)
Given that the design is (intentionally?) obscure, why
not push it even further??  ;-)

Also, be advised that using "Chuck" on a FBSD T-shirt design
had met with some disdainful comments from folks who saw
the shirt (but were clueless of the intended meaning).  I
doubt that's as much of an issue here...
