[Tfug] Worldcare question: cheap workhorse mono lasers available?

"c title" - I need to know if decent lasers in the HP LJ4 or similar class
are available.  Best of all would be something late enough to have USB
ports.  Also need the hours of op for the retail side...a local political
campaign needs a critter of this sort stat.
