Thre of the pairs lay out side-by-side in the
connector shell.  But, *one* pair (3-6?) has to
be "split" (straddling another pair).

This was the pair that I had the hardest time
getting to cooperate with me...

<shrug>  Copper is copper, regardless of the jacket

In the order listed (above).
IIRC, pairs were red-green, black-yellow, blue-orange
and gr[ea]y-brown
