Stupid blackberry. What I meant was:

I use z-term with the Mac and it works great with the USB to serial stuff. I console into Cisco switches with it. I have not tried minicom on the Mac, but I would be shocked it it did not work (at least on the Intel ones).

Hi All,
I would like to use serial port in macbook. I
guess usb to serial port convertor is the only
possible option. I wonder if it is possible to use
minicom in macbook to play with serial port (in
usb to serial port converter). Please let me know
if anyone has tried it.
Regards
Deepan
