Also... a few re-implementations of the NeXTSTEP APIs exist. Most
notably OpenSTEP (full booting NextSTEP replacement that runs on x86,
but the API is availible for posix and Windows NT) and GNUSTEP (I am
unfamiliar with this project). You may want to take a look at these.
