And in a last-ditch effort to go vaguely back on topic: I found that if I stay on cooler too long as the monsoon starts and it gets humid, I have to replace all my toner cartridges. Apparently 90% humidity/90 degrees isn't good for them. So there's a different decision point: when your printouts start to smudge, switch to AC yesterday!
