[Tfug] Running PHP on a Windows Server

I apologize for the off topic post.  

I did post to AZPHP and received no responses.  

I've been on TFUG for years (I used to live in Tucson) and always get a few good responses from the TFUG list, even for off topic stuff.

On a side note, I always thought Apache/PHP was secure on windows. It
