Coppershadowdomains is a wild west domains reseller...which basically
puts us on the same infrastructure as godaddy. The upside is that lots
of effort has gone into network resilience and the interface is somewhat
familiar to ex-godaddy customers. The downside is that we don't have
the ultimate say in disputes. Because if it was up to me, I wouldn't
shut down anyone short of major TOS violations (spammers) or legal
issues after consultation with our attornys. WWD and their team handles
all of that for resellers. There is a "Legal Agreements" link on the
lower right of the page that goes into full detail with legal issues,
ICANN dispute policy, etc.

Our web hosting offering at coppershadow.com is different because my
company owns the server hardware. It is colo'd here in town at Login.
We don't resell someone else's web server. We have much greater freedom
over what it does and the deals we can cut people. There are too many
shell companies reselling faceless web space with clueless support techs
that are nearly impossible to work with. And that's IF you can get
ahold of them in the first place. We decided owning our own servers was
the only way around that.

Thanks,
Brian
