Yes... VMware Server (http://register.vmware.com/content/download.html)
is free and works pretty well. I run it under SuSE, but they have a
windows host package as well.

I've installed a number of OS's and it sems to do well. Time keeping
seems to be hit or miss, but there are enough resources out there to
help with workarounds.

Free is the best price... Give it a try.

Also, MS released their full version of Virtual PC 2007 for free. It
doesn't have VM templates for Linux or "VMware tools for Linux", but it
should still work.
