Maybe I should pursue this endeavor elsewhere in the country... hmm.

One of the reasons that Tucson looked so attractive was the fact that  
no one appeared to be doing this yet. As so eloquently stated by Jim

maybe no one's doing it here because there's no market to "do it" here
