depends what I want.

newegg usually. If they can't supply then:

buy, ecost, tigerdirect, mobileplanet (all dot com)

plus the big box stores sometimes have good clearance offers. Check  
couponcreep.com as well. I've saved a bunch that way.

I used to deal a lot with insight in the UK, don't know what their US  
operation is like.
