[Tfug] problem (bug?) creating kernel module for RTL8180

Trying to build the kernel module for the RTL8180 I get the output at 
the end of this message.  I found various suggestion of packages to 
install but nothing has helped.  AFAICT there is no such file as 
fixdep.c in any debian packages.  There are files called fixdep already 
on my system from linux-headers...
