[Tfug] SNOBOL expression

 Wow.  It's been a long time.  I have a SNOBOL book at
home but it's in a box somewhere (just moved and
haven't found all the "good stuff" yet !).

 There's a compiler available through pkgsrc, at
least; maybe an RPM or other Linuxy flavor as well.

 My WAG is that the first one matches a line that
begins with an alpha and has at least one other alpha,
while I think the second would match anything
including null.

 Let me know what you find out, though :-)
