FWIW,
       I pay $10.00/mo for an extra phone line, (Qwest). I now subscribe
to Copper.net for $10/mo. Total cost: $20/mo. Go to
http://www.myrateplan.com/
for even better dialup deals.
       Compared to other parts of the country a DSL subscription is
still too
pricy in AZ, ( ~$20/mo). Next door in CA you can get between $5.00 &
$6.00/mo
