[Tfug] A Simple CMS

I am looking for a very simple, lightweight cms. The requirements are:
* Open source
* Written in PHP
* Work with Apache on Linux
* Be simple to use
* Use a flatfile system (NO DBMS backend!)

 Right now I'm relying on one that I built myself as an exercise in learning
PHP and, well, it works and looks like someone's first PHP project if you
know what I mean (wink, wink, nudge, nudge). And while I think I could do a
much better v2, I just don't have the time at the moment.

Anyone have any suggestions?
