This is certainly the most off-topic message I've ever posted to a
Unix list but here goes.  A friend of mine is in desperate need of
someone to take care of her cat for 10 months.  See below for details.
I'd take her, but my cat is the jealous type and can't stand other
animals.  So, I figured that I'd throw it out to the list and see if
anyone here might be able to help out.

Personal favor.  My wonderful, good-natured and
playful 8 year old cat, Clarissa, is about to be
homeless as I have to move out of my house my Monday
morning early (yep, the day after Sunday, this Sunday,
July 24th) and other options have fallen through.  As
you know, I am going to Costa Rica for 10 months and
need a foster home for her.  Please consider hosting
this wonderful furry F/friend.  Please call me
tomorrow (Sunday), 319-5689.  There is a chance she
could stay here until August 10th if that makes it
possible for someone to take her, but I still need to
know tomorrow if at all possible.
