[Tfug] Cheap Linux compatible dialup isp?

I pay $150 a year for dialup at gainusa for unlimited pop3 dialup, but 
that price depends on paying for a whole year at a time. Plus, I'm not 
sure, but I think they gave me a "senior discount" for being over 50. Hmph.
