Debian. But it will work with any distribution (just replace the apt-get 
with whatever your distro offers ;-) You may have to compile some of the 
components from source, but the configuration is all the same.

One of these days (in my copious ammounts of free time) I plan on going 
back and doing an alternative method without all the chroot stuff (the 
chroot stuff is a bit uneccessary, honestly). Plus I plan on getting all 
of my data on it and doing something with that.
