  Nothing really. There probably won't be any updates making it into the
archive in the next couple days, that should be the extent of it.

  Probably not a bad idea to get rid of any services you arn't using and
double check your firewall though.  I have a sneaking suspicious that
somebody got ahold of an ssh key and used some sort of local exploit, but it
still could be a remote one.
