I would second Plycon.com as well.
The real issue is how much do you want to spend, and how little noise do
you want it to make?
Here is a good one for AMD socket A based systems:

And add to that a low noise 92mm fan:

And of course you need a good thermal grease, such as artic silver 5,
but don't apply very much of it, this stuff is electrically
conductive...
