[Tfug] DriverLoader & Wireless "wrapper"

Does anyone have any experience with using this DriverLoader
"wrapper" software to use Windows drivers for wireless cards? The
premise is that there were hardly any OS/2 native drivers written,
wrappers were used to access hardware via the MS Windows drivers written
by the developer. So, why not do the same thing with Linux? The LinuxAnt
site has more details, including a free WinModem driver (albeit 19.2).
Or, am I reading this all wrong?!?
