Normally about 8-16 people show up with an equal number 
(or more often more) computers. 

There is a conference room with (7) 3'x6' tables, four of which are grouped together in the middle with seating all around and the other three against the walls.  

The only limitation might be electrical power as there are only two duplex outlets in the room.  I'm working on finding out if they are on different circuit breakers. If this is a problem, the big conference room in the basement might be a possibility.

What is the meeting start/end times?

Only multiple 100base with Giga backbones? Geez, I don;t know.... seems kind 
of under-rated for our uses... ;=)

Well, maaaybe I can call in a favor and get the Fibre in the conference room connected...?  ;-)
