As I remember expressing in the past, I personally, and most likely OSEF
as a whole would be willing to support this in some way.  OSEF has
started to form partnerships with both Tux4Kids and Debian JR.

If you can come up with the methods of researching the effectiveness, we
should be able to handle all of the technology aspects, even if need,
setting up both a GNU environment and a Microsoft based environment.

Also if you can come up with the right funding agency, I can find
assistance with grant writing.  I have contacts and work with several
professional grant writers, both inside of U of A, and outside.

SchoolForge is great as a communication grounds, but has been lacking in
actual accomplishment so far.  OSEF was a founding member of
schoolforge.
