Hello Everyone,
I am a somewhat active member, or at least show up to some of the
TFUG meetings. I have a question that I can't find an answer to on the
web. I have an IBM Intellistation with the following configuration...
-Dual p3 866
-1.5 gigs RAM
-Adaptec SCSI Ultra 160 - I'm using aic7xxx
-Intel Network card (built in) detects as eepro100 - I'm using e100
-NVIDIA Gloria II video card
I loaded Sarge, because I could not get woody to see the SCSI drives
even loading the module.
My question is, after I loaded sarge, and everything went GREAT, I was
asked to reboot, I rebooted and got the following error message......
LILO 22.5.7.2 Loading LinuxEBDA is big; Kernel setup stack overlaps
LILO second stage.
I've tried reinstalling Sarge, with the same result. The system just
sits there, what can I do to fix this and get the system to boot? The
kernel that is being loaded is 2.4.22.
Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
-Gus
