[Tfug] mailman monthly notices

Trying getting a manual list of all the users via CLI. I think the program
is called 'list_members' and it should be in the mailman/bin directory.

Does he show up in there? If so remove him using the CLI program
'remove_members'.

If he doesn't show up in the list then try using the above suggestion
anyways. He's either getting email to another address or there is a bug in
that version.
