[Tfug] Is Panther considered a Free Unix?

Darwin could be considered such, unless you are RMS ...
On the other hand I don't think anyone could consider Panther to be a Free
Unix. The whole thing isn't open source, it can't be redistributed without
permission, and it costs money. So its not free in terms of beer or speech.
Of course I think the security issues might be Darwin ones, so that¹s a
little trickier,
