Don't exactly know which is "correct" but I believe C-H-mod is the only
properly pronounceable one. Ch-mod sounds almost Jewish in origin. :)

C-H-mod or Ch-mod? Likewise with C-H-own or Ch-own and just about 
everything else that starts with 'ch'. Ch-mod has always been very 
awkward for my tongue.
